Production + Warehouse Team Member
Intent (why we're hiring): In order to have a positive impact on our customers lives, we seek to produce high-quality items that can be cherished. Additionally, having products organized, in-stock and easily accessible allows for exceeding customer expectations through quick delivery.
Description: Our Production + Warehouse Assistant will work hands on to master production methods such as direct-to-garment, sublimation and UV printing, product assembly, lean product storage, and internal logistics.
Position Goal: The goal of this position is to be innovative in finding new ways to improve methods of production and warehousing in terms of quality, efficiency, safety, and scalability while executing best practices with attention to detail.
Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is both growth-minded and passionate about what they do. You should have strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and pay close attention to detail. If you are eager to learn and work with a team to make a vision come to life, then this is the place for you!
Requirements:
- A great attitude and desire to serve others
- A strong work ethic and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and reliability
Tasks Include:
- Apply designs onto products as ordered
- Prepare and assemble products as needed
- Maintain production equipment
- Receive and store shipments of new inventory
- Organize and track inventory
- Perform light building maintenance
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Hours: Full-time or part-time (hours are flexible)
Compensation: Pay for this position will be determined based on experience and ability
